Why is my lease showing Incomplete status?

After completing step 1 of the add leases workflow, a lease is created in the account, but will be showing in "Incomplete" Status:

 



The lease will remain in that status until step 2, Lease Payments and Classifications,  and step 3, GL Accounts are completed. Click the blue pencil from the My Leases page to edit the lease, and LeaseCrunch will highlight the tabs at the top that need completion:

 

 

If your organization has Review + Approve checked under Administration - Policies, an additional tab called "Review" will be listed.  The user must click the "Submit for Review" button as the final step, in order for the lease to move to the Review status:
