Why is the start date, end date, term or classification grayed out?

Information fields relating to the Wizards can be grayed out for one of two reasons, either the wizard is set as required and must be used to complete a lease or the wizard was already used and will need to be used again to make any adjustments. Click on the wizard and walk through the workflow.
