How do I enter an Abatement?

A rent abatement is a period of time where no rent is due to the lessor or from the lessee. To enter an abatement in LeaseCrunch, simply skip this period of time when entering lease payments. 

It's also important to note that abatements are not incentives as no cash is changing hands from lessor to lessee.
