How do I disable or delete a user?
I added a client user to the firm account by mistake. How can I disable the user?
To Disable the user, head to the Administration tab, then click the pencil to edit the user. You'll be able to change the status of the user to Disabled:
Disabled users will no longer have access to the LeaseCrunch account they were invited to, and will not appear in the list of users.
