Firm View - Add Client

For CPA Firm users only: This video walks you through entering a client account.

To add a client to LeaseCrunch, click Add Client: 

Add Client Name and/or Description

Next, select the accounting standard. Note the accounting standard cannot be changed once the Client Account is saved.

Select Product

  • LeaseCrunch: Full Lease Accounting Solution
  • LeaseCrunch Verify: A Lease Accounting Audit tool

Select Client Billing Method

  • Firm to Bill Client: Invoices will be billed to the firm and be broken out by clients
  • LeaseCrunch to Bill Client: Invoices will be billed directly to the firm client. More information about this process can be found here

Client Access: When adding a client, Firm Administrators have the ability to restrict which firm users or groups can access specific clients. 

  • All Firm Users: All Firm users will have access to the client account
  • Custom: Users in this group or list will have access to the client account
