My Cost Center Allocations change Mid-Year, how can I update this in LeaseCrunch?

For leases that have a change to cost center allocations mid-year, add a Revision to the lease. This will freeze the journal entries prior to the Revision, and your new cost center allocations will take effect on and after the Revision date.

For this type of revision, the following information will need to be adjusted:

GL Accounts:

• Update Cost Center allocations here

Update the following to match the original lease:

• Lease Term
• Discount Rate
• Lease Payments
• Lease Classification
• GL Accounts
