      Can subleases be entered into LeaseCrunch?

      LeaseCrunch software offers both lessee accounting for FASB and IFRS for all lease classifications. LeaseCrunch offers lessor accounting for FASB and IFRS for the operating lease classification. Subleases can be entered for lessees and lessors by following the Add Leases workflow. 

      GASB 87 clients can enter leases for both lessee and lessor.
